Obituary for
Benjamin Matthew "Benji" Wolf
Benjamin “Benji” Matthew Wolf was born on September 21, 2017 at 6:25pm to mother, Chelsi Ann Wolf and father, Jarrod Paxton Wolf. Benji fought a hard battle after being born with half a heart; Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. Benjamin went to heaven while in the arms of his loving mom and dad in his nursery. Benji now has a full heart in the arms of the Lord.
His memory will be cherished by his loving parents, Jarrod and Chelsi Wolf; grandparents, William and Rita Burford, Tracy and Phillip Phalen, and Jeff Wolf; great grandparents, Macel and Gary Shaffer, Buddy and Joyce Burford, Kermit Wolf, and Joann Paxton; uncles, Allen Burford, Justin Phalen (Chrissy), and Tyler Wolf; an aunt, Heather Fowler (Bryan); cousins, Emma, Shawn, Connor, and Cadence.
Benji is preceded in death by his great grandmother, Elouise Wolf; great grandfather, Eddie Paxton; and great aunt, Naomi Shaffer.
Benjamin will always be loved and remembered. He impacted many lives in the short 13 days he was in this world. His parents would like to thank Cincinnati Children’s Hospital for their dedication and loving care to Benji.
Visitation will be held Friday, October 6, 2017 from 6 to 8pm at Long & Fisher Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be at 11am on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at Long & Fisher Funeral Home. Burial will immediately follow at Floral Hills Garden of Memories.
